And the deal dies somewhere in their inbox. BidX replaces that friction with one smart, digital proposal—personalised, branded, tracked, and ready to sign and pay. It’s what we wanted for ourselves. So we built it.
We’ve spent two decades writing proposals, bids, and funding applications—across SaaS, aerospace, consulting, and professional services.
Together, we’ve helped startups, scaleups, SMEs and corporates win over £125 million in grant funding. On the tender side, we’ve been part of winning teams that secured more than $1 billion in government and enterprise contracts. But even with all that success, we kept hitting the same problem: the tools were built to format documents, not close deals. There were no good options—so we made one. And we use it ourselves, every week.

With a background in growth and marketing, he focuses on helping clients win more funding and more deals.
Aaron — Co-Founder, Product & AI
Aaron has spent 15 years building AI systems for high-stakes industries. He’s helped clients win over £125M in grant funding by making complex applications feel simple. With a PhD in computer science and AI, and deep experience in automation, his focus at BidX is building tools that work for everyone — not just tech teams.
